Vision Statement

This story starts with the vision statement Brick wrote for The California Surf Lodge™ at 2:00 am on a San Francisco night at the age of 26. Lost, confused and dealing with the passing of a dear friend, he questioned his purpose here on Earth and the legacy he wanted to leave behind.

The true adventure began with the purchase of a Roadtrek Popular 200 van henceforth known as CASL-00, a worthy land vessel built to carry Brick up and down the state of California developing this business vision, surfing and meeting people along the way.
